This family room has a family room with connecting doors consisting of a room with double bed and a room with double or twin beds. This family room is also the only one with 2 bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV, a room safe, a minibar, a telephone and free high-speed WIFI. In addition, there is also a seating area and a desk.
Payment and booking conditions
Your room is guaranteed until 6 PM, please contact the hotel if you arrive later. Any remaining rental balance will be paid at the reception when leaving the hotel. By receiving the booking confirmation, you agree to the hotel’s general terms and sales conditions. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise based on the credit card details provided by the customer prior to arrival. We advise you to bring this confirmation and your identity card or passport with you.
Booking terms and conditions
Please note that you can check in from 2:30 PM to 6 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please contact the hotel on +32 50/61 10 61. Earlier check-in is only possible based on availability. If you wish, you can park your car in our free private car park, subject to availability. You can also hand over your luggage at reception. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room before 11:00 AM. Later check out is only possible based on availability and for a fee.
All our rooms and facilities are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore only allowed on the terrace at the entrance. If we notice that there has been smoking in the hotel room, we reserve the right to charge a fine of €250 (cleaning costs).
Dogs are allowed at Pavillon du Zoute for an extra charge. Small dog: €10/night. Large dog: €18/night. In this case, please let us know whether the dog is large or small.
The swimming pool is free of charge from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The sauna facilities are accessible for €10/turn. Swimwear is mandatory.
Cancellations
- More than 7 days before arrival date = no fees
- 6 days to the day of arrival = 100% of the total stay.
- No Show = 100% of the total stay.
- Last-minute cancellation for direct bookings = the room will be charged but there is a possibility to move the stay to another date. To do so, please contact reception directly: +32 (0)50 61 10 61.
